How much of each area the map can answer for local places. Places are the ones the public map pins (permit-matched or confirmed by research; home-based, mobile and closed ones left out). Ordering checked: we read the place's own website for ordering links, or found it has none. Ownership researched: women-, LGBTQ+- and minority-owned each have a sourced yes or no, or an unknown recorded after research. Answered counts only sourced yes or no (including "No" for locations run by a public or PE-owned company). The line on each bar is the target.
